During my years at PolyJohn, I've had the chance to see our business from both sides of the Atlantic and the Pacific, and it has given me a real appreciation for how much our customers around the world have in common.  Whether they're in Toronto, Yorkshire, Prague, or Melbourne, they are people building businesses and taking care of their families, and they count on us to help them do that.

From 2017 to 2022, I lived and worked overseas as Managing Director of PolyJohn International in England, and PolyJohn Asia-Pacific in New Zealand.  Leading those teams through the COVID years was one of the most challenging and rewarding stretches of my career.  It taught me how much a small, committed group of people can do when they trust each other and stay close to their customers.

In the US, I've worked on strategic planning, cost analysis & pricing, acquisition integration, new product development, and our diversified businesses, including Cooper Plastics, Consumables, Trailer and Vacuum divisions.  That work showed me how many people behind the scenes it takes to deliver the value customers see.

Today, as President of PolyJohn International Holdings, I work with our general managers and teams in Canada, the UK, Europe, Latin America, and Asia-Pacific.  Our focus is simple: take the products and services that have made PolyJohn successful in North America, adapt them to each market, and have them available where and when our customers need them.  We want to build an international business that is a growing part of PolyJohn's future.

What I enjoy most is working with people across different cultures and countries who share the same pride in what they do.  I want everyone in our international family to know that their work matters, and that they're a big part of PolyJohn’ s success and the global portable sanitation industry.
